Korea Ever-Power hydraulic power units combine a motor, pump, reservoir, valves, and controls into a self-contained assembly — providing pressurised hydraulic oil to drive cylinders, motors, and actuators on electric material handling equipment, lifting platforms, industrial machinery, and custom automation systems. The power unit is the heart of any hydraulic system — it converts electrical energy into hydraulic pressure. The electric motor drives a gear pump, which draws oil from the built-in reservoir and pressurises it to 21 MPa (rated). The pressurised oil flows through the integrated valve manifold — which includes electromagnetic directional valves, a throttle valve for speed control, and an overflow valve for pressure protection — to the connected hydraulic cylinder or actuator.
For battery-powered equipment (electric pallet trucks, stackers, picking carts), DC motor variants (24V or 48V) draw power from the vehicle's battery pack. For stationary equipment (lifting platforms, industrial presses, gate operators), AC motor variants (220V or 380V) connect to mains power.
