Yes. Many mini dump trucks and electric utility vehicles use 12V DC hydraulic power units with small gear pumps. The telescopic cylinder must be rated for the operating pressure that the 12V pump produces — typically lower than the pressures generated by PTO-driven pumps on larger trucks. Specify your power unit's operating pressure when ordering so the cylinder is designed to operate efficiently within that pressure range.
